First Girls' Camp in Indonesia

White shirts with Young Women logos, scarves, and smiling girls showed up July 8, 2009 for the 1st Girls' Camp in Indonesia.
Leaders followed Sister Halverson's expertise and promoted camping skills, certification, flag ceremonies, day hikes, night talking, presentations, good food, Indo porta potties (you can only imagine), and gorgeous landscapes, sunrises, and sunsets. It was a week not soon to be forgotten.

Those waterfalls are gorgeous. And that is so exciting about girl's camp. So glad it was a success!

Hey Sister Millicam:
Where are the cherries?
The young women are missing out on you being 9 months pregnant and your biggest fans from Naples 1st ward helping you take a shower by heating water and pouring in through a spaghetti strainer. We hold such fond and wonderful memories when you went to camp with us in Naples 1st ward.
We still love you so much and are envious of the youn women in Indonsia!

Come See Indonesia From Our Eyes
